The time limit for the seller to respond has passed and there is no update to the case. It's in a standstill.
I don't remember PayPal resolution being this slow and length of time waiting is rediculous.

Normally when a deadline given to the seller is reached paypal review / refund within 48 hours.
Advice is voluntary.
