Nobody answers my payback reclaim

Hi , everyone! I don't know how effective is the pay pal guarantee about paying me back what I don't receive cause I started a case to ask for my money back but I hadn't received any answer , neither from the seller as from PayPal 😞 I don't know what to do in this case

Paypal don't get involved until you escalate the dispute to a claim.

Yes I know and I already did but still get any answer , anything at all 😞

ok normally paypal give the seller 10 days to provide trackable proof of delivery, if they don't then again 'normally' paypal review / refund within 48 hours of that deadline.
