Hello,
I recently purchased a digital item from a seller. after our transaction was done the seller claimed he had given me more than what i paid for and that I now owe him money. The items i received are non transferable so there is no way for me to return these items. what, if any, personal information does paypal provide to the seller. I am worried this person now has things such as my full name, home address, phone number, banking information etc. Does paypal protect me from sellers who operate like this?
