Message in the resolution center - "Let's try that again ERROR

I had a buyer cancel a payment and basically steal what I shipped.  I go to the resolution center for help - but all I get is this error message - 

Let's try that again

Looks like something went wrong on our end.

Any updates on how this issue has been resolved?

I am having it too for three days now. I need to escalate an issue quickly.
