Listen up everyone! If there are any legit sites that pay you in monetary value and not gift cards or promotional offers, they along with yourself, are required to fill out some type of tax documentation forms (ie. 10-90 or w-4) before any payment can be made. If you are expecting money and haven't been asked to furnish tax papers, well you're going to be waiting & waiting.
