Ordered from ebay,with paypal "pay after delivery"over week ago,item not arrived or even marked as dispatched,i contacted seller and received no response,my question is do i still escalate this to a claim in same way as i would if i had paid instantly,even although payment has yet to be taken from my account,cheers Robert
