I'm sorry to hear about the unexpected orders! Sorry for misunderstanding, but are you saying you accidentally placed the orders while scrolling, or that you noticed purchases you didn't make while going through your watch list?
If you made the purchases accidentally, you'll want to reach out to the merchants to see if they can issue a refund. If you didn't make the purchases, you can file a report for unauthorized activity using the steps listed here. I would also advise changing your eBay password to ensure your account is secure.
