I was scammed three times into paying people for accounts on instagram. All three of the people I tried to buy from blocked me after I sent the money and never gave me the account. It may sound stupid but it’s still fraud and I want to know how I can go about either getting my money back or giving those scammers what they deserve and getting their accounts suspended.
