I just bought 2 water bottles on the internet and paid by paypal. I havent' heard a word, so i contacted their support email. It does not exist. I noticed that they never sent a notice of shipping, and they never said what kind of shipping when I bought them. I got scammed i think. What are my options?

Welcome to the Community!
Don't fret - when you pay via PayPal, you have up to 45 days from the date the payment was sent to file a dispute for Non-Receipt. If you file a dispute and still don't receive your product, you have up to 20 days to escalate it to a claim.
When you escalate a claim for Non-Receipt, we'll ask the merchant to provide tracking information showing the item has been delivered or in transit. If they provide tracking, we'll monitor it and ensure it is delivered. Or, the seller can choose to process a refund. If the seller doesn't respond at all to our formal inquiries, on the 11th day after it's escalated to a claim we provide a full refund.
So either way, we've got your back
To file a dispute, just view the details of the transaction and click on "Report a problem."
Thanks!
Adrian
