I recently purchased a pc game on ebay at a fraction of the price,the sellers feedback seemed decent so i paid for the item but within 5 minutes i was refunded with only to see the sellers paypal name as 'You idiot'
Now it seems sad that someone would go to these lengths just to mock you for buying a game cheap but i'm also worried if they are doing it to steal paypal details for some crimal purpose,so just want to know how i go about getting this person booted off ebay/paypal because its fraustrating and not nice and is wasting peoples time and also has put me off looking for pc games now.
