I recently bought a gpu on eBay but the account was apparently compromised, So I received a message that the listing was removed and the transactions was canceled. Well it's been over a week now and I still have the charge on my card for the amount. I contacted eBay about the refund and everything but it said paypal was taking care of it. I never received a email from Paypal stating any kind of refund or anything.
