Ok so basically im sure that more of you guys have heard of Runescape. Basically i sold this guy 1.6b and he never payed me? Im sure this is illegal and im not sure where to start so my first question is where could i report that? My 2nd thing is that after looking around i noticed his images werent real. I meen this like the paypal verified isnt the actual paypal verified logo it is just a pic that he uploaded. He also has done this with a hacker safe thing and a vista thing. I do believe this is against the rules, maybe copyright or some sort but i know you cant put fake images of that. (Pretty sure copyright or something?)

Now the reason iam reporting is because he owes me 630$ THROUGH PAYPAL witch he has never payed. So im reporting to you guys to see if i can get my 1.6b RSGP(Runescape Gold) back or if you can force him to pay me the 630$ he owes me. If you cant do the following im wandering if there is anything legally you can do to them with the images of copyright or something. (If you cant do anything please tell me how i can possibly get my rsgp or paypal money(Dont say contact him ive tried for about 1-2 days now and he wont respond)).

(The proof of paypal is showing i havent had any transactions worth that much, if you compare dates it would be in there if he did. The email (If you look on skype messages itll show) the money is suppose to go to is CANT POST EMAIL, my moms, but it didnt. You can check the transactions that he never payed me. But ya thats proof he didnt pay me paypal)

Please reply to this email or on here for help, i really want my money weather it be in payapl(Preferably) or rsgp(Only way really is if he gives it back) but ya id like to have the 640$ he said he would pay me for the rsgp, witch he didnt but i would prefer to have the paypal money, if not the rsgp money back. Along with having 1 of those back(The rsgp money back or paypal money) id also think there paypal should be closed along with all there sites.
