I'm sorry to hear that you've received fraudulent emails, and I'm very glad that you are too cautious to provide any details to the fraudsters! Since you did click the link, I would recommend running an up to date virus scan on the computer or device that was used, just to be on the safe side.
You can always forward any suspicious emails to spoof@paypal.com for review. For more information about reporting suspicious emails, SMS messages, or websites, take a look here.
