I currently have an open dispute with a company that I purchased a product from. The dispute has been escalated and PayPal stated that I should return the product and provide them with a tracking number. For the last couple of days I have been trying to ship the merchandise back, but the shipping agents are having trouble with the address. I contacted the company asking for their address so I can return the product seeing that I have until the 1st of April to provide tracking. I have spent the last 3 hours going back and forth with the agent. She has tried to bribe me into keeping the merchandise, at this point she’s refusing to provide me with the address and she’s basically telling me even when I send the merchandise back that she’s going to appeal. What should I do?
