Hi, I recently filed a claim for a service. The service I purchased was supposed to write me some computer code. I gave them requirements and long story short, they gave me code that did not fulfill the given requirements and did not even work. As such I filed a claim to paypal in hopes of getting my money back. I took screenshots of both emails exchanged and of the code itself. After the buyer responded to the claim, paypal never asked me for additional details, so I never got the chance to show them my screenshots or the code provided to me. So, I got an email from paypal saying that the case was not resolved in my favour. What should I do now, do I lose my money?
*note: I contacted the seller during the claim for a refund, and they said that they'll refund if I cancelled the claim. I did not do that as it seemed sketchy.

If you funded the paypal payment via a credit card then contact your card issuer and see if they will do a chargeback for you.
