Okay, I'll be blunt and to the point. I want to close 5 different disputes that say they are awaiting seller response. Problem is, the money was already refunded. NOBODY will close the cases. All I want to do is close those disputes so I can close my accounts.
I've already called PayPal 3 times to straighten out my account, waited for an hour the first day to get my money refunded, another 45 minutes to put up with moving my credit around, and a 3rd 35 minutes as a follow-up and potential clos out. The close out didn't happen. "48 hours and you will be able to close your account" That's what I was told close to a week ago. STILL no help for these closed disputes that say their open.
I was told to close my account, so either my account stays open with these disputes and I tell everyone in my family to NEVER use this company again. Or I finally get some **bleep** help, close this account, and use my other account. I'm tired of dealing with this bull. If I have to call on Monday, I'm going to ask for whoever is highest up the ladder they can connect me to, I'm tired of having to put up with staff that refuses to actually listen.
If one of you can help me, without having to call, great. Otherwise, They'll get to hear me until they finally do something.
