Hello, I had an individual process a claim on me & I was fully willing to refund if the items were shipped back. They stated that they won't return them do to not wanting to pay shipping. Do I need for them to cancel the claim if they wish not to presume further action? The claim actually expires tomorrow so wondering if it will automatically just disappear ..

Paypal normally ask the buyer to return the item back to the seller and provide a tracking number to prove delivery.

But if the buyer does not provide that tracking number by the time the claim times out then it should be awarded in your favour.

depends if buyer opens a case and seller does not respond, timed out and money will go to the buyer as seller does not respond.

if seller said return for refund and buyer does nothing, then seller win .

if one of them esclated t o get Paypal involved before tomorrow, and PAYPAL WIll ask him to return item and upload tracking,if he does not do so,case closed and money will go back to seller.

make sure seller always get the last word

has any one escalated to get Paypal involved?

if the case expires tomorrow, and no one has get Paypal involved, then the case will close ,make sure you have the last word, like return for refund.
