Claim - Need seller response - 17. March

Good afternoon community,

I have a claim which is waiting for Seller response. The claim says it should be until 17. March and it is already 18., why I have no response and why is the status still "Need Seller Response".

When will paypal do something?

Once the deadline for the seller to respond has been reached, paypal normally review / refund within 48 hours of that deadline.
