The party I sold the item to is now disputing that the item was not as desctribed. However the item was in fact exactly as described yet the buyer is claiming the item received smells of smoke and is requesting a refund for it now. Would it be feasible to just tell the buyer to wash it? The item was exactly as described, I’m not sure where the smoke scent is coming from as he claims. I did read the return terms & this was not one of them. What would you advice me to do with this? I did let the item go for much lower than originally requested. Personally I feel the buyer just changed his mind. Any advice?
