Buyer claims "Unauthorized Transaction", but I can prove transaction was authorized?

Hi,

A client has recently chargebacked the purchase of intangible goods on my game server. That makes it automatically ineligible for Paypal seller protection, BUT, can I refute the claim on the grounds that I can prove the transaction was authorized? I have screenshots of the client admitting to purchasing the item, as well as accepting my Terms of Service which clearly indicates that we are not responsible for unauthorized purchases, and that issuing chargebacks is a clear violation of our terms of service.  What would my chances of winning this claim? Thanks in advance.

This is a chargeback from his cc issuer .

To qualfiy for Paypal seller protection, you must ship to the address on Paypal payment notice and the item must be eligible for protection, you failed both.

so you only chance of not losing depends on his cc issuer,if it rules in your favor, then you would not  get  $20 chargeback fee and have the payment reversed from your account.

CC issuer has no way to prove whether it was him who authorised the transaction, sometimes Paypal can,but this is not a Paypal dispute, plus paypal has no seller protection for digital goods.
