I purched as Mythical Morning Mug from Rhett and Link, INC for my young teen for Christmas but found it to be broken (beyond repair) when it arrived. The email provided by the seller doesn't work to contact them with. I've also tried the Resolution Center and it keep giving a message saying that there is no order number...but yet...the purchase is in my list etc.
At this point, I'm not sure what to do or how to go about contacting Paypal about this.
