Has anyone had their credit card on file with Paypal breached? I used paypal last week and today (March 21) my credit card has been tried to be used not by me. I only use this card occasionally and paypal is the only regular use. Luckily my credit card company notice the purchases were not something that I usually buy and the put a fraud alert on the card and contacted me.
