Appealing a claim after it's closed

I'm sure many sellers have experience what I'm going through. So basically I had a buyer buy a $3000 item from me on eBay and waited two months to file a claim on PayPal. They filed a SNAD case claiming the item they received is a fake. I never heard back from the buyer and I even tried getting in touch but no luck.  I called PayPal asking what I should do and if there is a way for me to win. I was told if I can provide proof that my item is authentic then PayPal will close the case in the sellers favor. Of course, I spent the time and expenses to provide the authentications from two sources, uploaded them on the resolution center and PayPal still closed the case in the buyers favor. okay, so I get the item back from the buyer and it's damaged, so basically not in the condition in which it was received. I have already appealed the case but anyone with experience, can you tell me if there's a way I can possibly win this case? How can I fight against PayPal's unfair decision and faulty investigation?

it is probably the robot which closed your case in buyer favor, robot does not read email or watch movie.

you can report buyer to Ebay and Paypal, but I doubt there is much they can do for you to recoup your loss.
