Another Ebay buyer trying to scam me

This is the second attempt of a buyer saying they got a broken item shipped to them. First time was a newer Harley Davidson seatback. The buyer opened a claim right away without any communication. I told him I was shocked at what he was telling me. I said ship it back to me and if the items is broken like you stated then I have no problem giving you a full refund. Needless to say i got back a rusted one with several bends in it. I always try to load 12 pictures on my listings, and always take extras for just in case moments. Well I am glad I did. It took less than 24 hours to decide for me and that it was a scam. What needs to be done is have these people banned for life on ebay. Well it has happend again and i am partially at fault. I sold a Disney Snowglobe that my wife has had for over 20 years. It is in GEM perfect condition. She keptthe original styrofoam pieces that cover potential break points with it. This buyer asked me at least 10 to 15 times about returning it if she didn't like it after receiving it. I said right away no each time. I said i took 12 pictures of it from every angle. She then asked about a certain part of it. So I took that picture for her and actually changed out one of the pictures on the listing. Also she would put in offers from $200 all the way to $250. Multiple times because she would retract the offers. Then she kept asking about sending it back if it arrives broke. I again said no because there is no way it can break as the packaging is form fitting to the globe. For those who do not know what I am talking about, there are 2 pieces that are at least 6 inches thick and they cut each one to fit the exact shape and size of the different globes. I then put that in the heavy box that Disney shipped it to us. After that I put the box that has pictures of the actual globe you are buying. Then on top of that I put bubble wrap all the way around that box at least 2 to 3" deep. Final step was another box for labeling and additional protection. If Disney can ship these globes to us From Overseas or California or even Florida to Indiana without any of them arriving to us broken. Then I feel 100% confident in it arriving safe from Indiana to Kentucky. I finally told her we have to have $300 for it. Again like a broken record she talked about returning it. I was not going to sell it to her but since it in the end was my wife's she said go ahead. So like I stated I took pictures of the process of getting it ready, and took out $300 insurance thru UPS. I told Jane the nice woman who works the counter what was going to happen. After hearing everything I told you said it will be difficult for her to prove it was damaged in shipping. She felt it like she does on all my items I ship thru UPS and said it can't move any in here. So all this being said, I am 100% certain she has one that is in her home and is damaged. She saw how flawless ours is and is doing the scam. I could only load one picture to the page as it said there is not room for more. It was just a picture the size I use for my auctions. I wold lov for paypal/ebay to read all the messages. It just isn't right for us to be scammed out of a total of $328 for a scammer. Any help or information is greatly appreciated. I have over 2000 feedbacks and 100% positive. I am an honest seller.

This is the ebay item numer of the auction 222690385575 . Picture #2 is the picture I changed just for her. After seeing this she put in the final offer. I think it is easy to see there are no visible defects with it.
