I paid $47.41 for a set of magnets on December 15, 2017 and as of February 12, 2018 have yet to receive them. Activitylove has not given me a functional tracking number. I opened a dispute with PayPal and they sent some emails to the seller but have closed my claim. Has anyone else had experience with Activitylove?

I haven't experienced anything with Activitylove. Did they even try contacting you about the order?

Activitylove hasn't responded to any of my emails and I find many complaints about them online.

I had equal Problems. Payment in november, still not arrived. The tracking number doesnt work anymore and they do not answer my emails. I hope paypal can handle it.

If you have problems during a transaction, try to work them out directly with the seller, buyer, or site operator. If that doesn't work, file a complaint with: the Federal Trade Commission at www.ftc.gov/complaint; your state Attorney General, using contact information at naag.org; your county or state consumer protection agency. Check the blue pages of the phone book under county and state government, or visit consumeraction.gov and look under "Where to File a Complaint." You should also submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, bbb.org, and your financial institution. In this case, you can contact PayPal at either by phone at https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/contact/call or by email at https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/contact/email. Anyways, did this help? I have tried many times to get in touch with the seller, but have had no reply.  I am Canadian and the seller is Asian so i don't think the FTC or your other suggestions will be any help. PayPal was pretty lame in that they closed my claim without giving me any notice and without giving my any reason. PayPal makes it very hard to contact them and actually talk to a person. I finally got a person but got disconnected.

I finally was able to talk to someone at PayPal who told me that there had been a glitch that made it so that I hadn't received a refund but now that I was able to talk to them, I should receive my refund within 72 hours. Thanks for your help.
