13 years of being a victim

In 2004 I had a pretty good Ebay business....I had a Paypal account ,,,,a paypal debit card

I had ony 2 negative on Ebay ....I honored all my obligations ....I took a couple of weeks off ....when I resumed my business...My paypal account was empty ....

Phony Items were for sale on my Ebay site ...My credit cards (all six of them) were maxed out and 1400 was removed from my Checking account../

When I contacted Ebay and Paypal ...I received luke warm help....I received an email from paypal support that money was routed to Manhatten beach, CA

My paypal card was used in Phoenix AZ at a porn store.....I was broke my cards were gone My Ebay business was gone and my Paypal account was empty ....I tried for years to get the mess straightened

out...Pay pal actually had the nerve to blame me ....that I broke my self ...Ebay finally after many years reinstated me ....Pay pal has kept my account active ,,,,but I cant depositor remove any funds...

In 2004 Identity theft was hardly EVEN HEARD OF ....AS THE YEARS WENT BY ...i REALIZED WHAT HAD HAPPENED TO ME ...My account was hacked ...and made to look like I did it myself ...

But paypal refuses to accept the fact that I was **bleep** out of thousands ..yes thousands between my credit cards, checking and not counting loss of my business

Its been 13 years and paypal still wont let me use my account ...I tried to deposit 71.44 from my poker account at Cafrino Poker...Pay pal  refused it ...now the money is in limbo

There are STATUTES OF LIMITATIONS but Pay pal dosnt seem to care after I was destroyed they continue to keep me down

The least you can do is stop trying to blame me for waht some cyber crook did...at least return the 71.44 back to my Cafrino account ....I wont be dumb enough to ask you

to reinstate me ...as I know you are heartless bunch....But dont tell a poker site I have a paypal account and then let the money stay somewhere in space...A statute of limitation would be appropriate

Dont you think I have suffered enough for something I had nothing to do with

Maybe some body can help me

Thank you

How long ago was the money rejected by PayPal?  If might go back to your casino account, it's just takes some time.  Gambling businesses are a highly regulated activity here and need pre-approval to use with PayPal 's services.  That and account security is what might have prevented the transfer.  I would suggest filing an complaint with BBB.org to get your account investigated by the office of executive escalations.  Include in the complaint that you were a victim of identity theft and would be happy to include documentation to the effect.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
