paypal April promotion -- 'spend 150 get 15 back' -- error.

Hi.

Pay Pal ran a promotion in April stating "spend $150 in April get $15 back."

I spent over $150 in April yet I have not received notice that my $15 back is coming.

WHY NOT?

Did this problem effect anyone else?

Now a paypal employee ("grace" not helpful with very bad grammar) said there is no record of me signing up. BUT I did.

I was wondering the same thing!  It's almost as if that promotion never occurred with all the info I can find on it!  They ran it again the first few days in May, but again, I can't find a single thing about it anywhere.  I tried to find a help topic remotely similar to this to email them, but there wasn't even anything anywhere near it, so I sent one under "promotion code."  I just sent it a few minutes ago, so as soon as I hear anything I'll let you know.
