So..you're going to want to stop that package as soon as possible. 😞
There is very little chance that that email was legitimately from PayPal. We will never tell you to ship and provide tracking before you see the money. Even if we're holding the money in a pending status awaiting the delivery, you would still be able to at least see the transaction in your account.
In this case, if there is nothing in your account, even a pending balance of $330 (less fees), then that transaction never happened. You can forward the email to spoof@paypal.com and we'll verify it's a fake, but in the interest of you not getting the short end of the stick, I figured it's probably better to let you know now rather than wait for us to respond to that email.

You'll want to contact the shipper, explain the situation (unfortunately this will probably not be new to them :(), and cross your fingers that they can stop it.
