Hello, i bought a phone on a website (not ebay) and i bought using the option "pay with paypayl without account", now i want my money back because the website didn't send me the phone. Can i do something? or not i am protected by paypal?
The first option you have would be to contact your credit card issuer, they may be able to do a chargeback.
If that turns out to be not helpful, you can call PayPal's customer support, they can assign a transaction ID which would allow you to file a claim against the seller. If you're successfull, you'll get your money back.
