item mailed to previous address

I ordered an item on ebay and my previous address was on the account. The item was delivered there and the people there kept the item is there anything i can do about it?

That's a tough situation, sorry to hear that this has happened. 😞

From a PayPal dispute standpoint, if you were to try and dispute the payment through us it would most likely be found against you provided that address was active on your PayPal account at the time of purchase. I'm not sure if the eBay dispute process mirrors this fully, so you may want to reach out to them to see if there is an option there.

Beyond that you may want to contact the postal office to see if they have any suggestions, or possibly even law enforcement.
