Are you absolutely certain the e-mail is from PayPal? I don't think so.
Is there a transaction showing in your PayPal account? I don't think so.
PayPal does not deposit from sender into you bank account. This is a sure sign of a scam.
If there are no funds in your PayPal account, then forward to spoof@PayPal.com and then ignore.
Selling cameras is very high risk and subject to scams. Selling cameras internationally is extremely high risk.
When you do find a potential buyer, send the buyer a PayPal invoice with all details. Buyer will pay invoice. Then ship . It's still high risk.

You need to look at the email header information. This should be in yoru e-mail client view. It would should various codes of where the email originated and the various servers through which it passed until it at your e-mail address. It will show whether is originated with PayPal or another domain name.
