do you think i can still get a refund?

i ordered a shirt from a seller a month ago and they have failed to communicate with me or etsy (where i bought it from) at all. i have filed a claim through paypal and i was wondering if i can still get a refund if the seller doesnt respond to paypal's email to them? thanks for your help 🙂

As long as you met the requirements of buyer protection then if  the seller refuses a refund paypal will refund you under its buyer protection scheme.
