Will Not Credit Account

I cancelled an order I placed about a month ago. I haven't heard from the company and they haven't credited my PayPal account. What options do I have at this point.

If you funded the original paypal payment to the seller with a debit or credit card then it won't go back to your paypal balance.
Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your bank account or credit card but takes up to a week to process through to the bank and a bit longer for a c.c (paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine).
If they have not refunded you at all then you can file a dispute by clicking on "resolve a problem" lower left of your paypal summary page.

Thanks for responding so quickly. Just to be clear, so the seller should credit through PayPal but the only way I will see it is through my credit card statement or if the seller tells me he did it. Do you know how long I have to wait to file a dispute. Thanks again.

No if he has refunded your it should show in your paypal transaction history and you should have received a paypal email to say you have been refunded.
BUT it would only show in your paypal account balance if you paid via funds already in that balance or instant bank transfer. If they funded you with a card it goes back to the card and does not show in your balance BUT will show in your transaction history.
