Paypal sent me an email that, in part, reads:
You have received a payment that we believe may not have been authorized by the PayPal account holder. Here are the details of the transaction we are investigating:
This is some guy that bought something from me on eBay in january. Of course the Ebay transaction is now deleted from my account because it's over 60 days. The email from Paypal says they need " additional information" from me and tells me how to provide it. But they don't say what additional information they need.
Totally confused, Chris

Hi Chrisan
It seems there is a chargeback for the item
I think they need proof of delivery and proof that the item was eligible for sellers protection Im not 100%, and all info concerning the sale, when bought, any feedback left etc
Can u call them direct to ask so u make sure u give them all the info they need?
