Unauthorized Payment

Someone hacked into my Paypal account and bought something from WalMart but I can't really file a compliant since it says "The following Transaction IDs are not valid". I know its not me since the address its shipping too isn't even in the same city and its addressed to someone with a different last name. I'm not sure what to do. Please help me.

If you have a credit card or bank account attached to your paypal this problem can be solved easily. Call the company you go through (Bank or credit card provider.) and tell them the charge was unauthorized. They'll hold the money and investigate it. Usually in 14 business days or less, you will be refunded your money.

Your bank will defiantly help in this case. Or, call PayPal and see what they say.

Similar thing happened with me around the same time..

"Gift Certificate Purchase To " and was refunded after 30 minutes but until then I already cancelled my credit card.

Couple of days later someone called from paypal (??) and told me other unathorized transaction happened but (obviously) was declined. Paypal promised me to investigate the issue but nothing happened yet.

How is this possible? Is my paypal account not safe anymore?? I already changed my password and no credit card connected to my account.

I didn't find anything on the net for the scammer's name, email..
