Scammed from CZK hacker, i dont know how !!!HELP!!!!

Hello, today i log up into my paypal account and all of my money was stolen over 23e i dont know how exacly that can happen i have email message that i have been send money to gameforge from CZK value but that never can be happen i live in bulgaria, never been in CZK. Please answer support
