I received a clothing item that was not as pictured. I have contacted the seller and she has agreed that I may return it, but she will not refud my money until after she recives it. This is completely understandable, but is just a tracking number sufficient if she later claims to not receive it? Just want to make sure I am protecting myslef before mailing it out.
