Resolution Centre Where Do I Stand?

Evening Everybody...long story short i sold my i phone 4s last week. In the condition section I wrote that the bluetooth and wifi do not work. The buyer has since opened a case through paypal for the purchase price requesting a refund because the item is not as described.

For a few reasons I feel a little hard done by namely that It was described perfectly and if an individual hasnt taken the time to read the listing I feel this isnt soemthing i should be inconvenienced with (financially or otherwise)

Also as I am going on holiday in 36 hours I will be at home to received any good nor keep track of the case on resolution centre.

I have a few moments ago replied -"The phone was listed with the wifi and Bluetooth not operating. Sadly if buyer does not read the 'condition' box I cannot be accountable for this"

a little sharp i know.... but.... a little advise on where i may stand here would be wonderful, also would it be advisable to put another note on the resolution centre that I am away? (it was originally listed on ebay also) as to not upset people whom may have delatyed payment and wondered why nothing would be sent for 2-3 weeks

any help would be greatly appreciated

Edit: google is great - my subsequent replies via res centre. Fingers Crossed

please refer to section - Provide documentation that the item was properly described

here is my screenshot of the original listing showing proof it was as described.

I am out of the country for 2 weeks from the 1st of October. I would ask paypal close this in my favor"

To be fair even i had to look carefully to see that small sentence re wi-fi etc.

Surely you should have put it in big red letters in the "actual description" of the item right at the top. That is where i always put any faults and i use red for that and blue for the rest of the description.

No way of knowing who paypal will find in favour of but at least the buyer does have to return it before they get a refund.

Can you not access the internet whilst away? I have been all over the world and rarely had a problem logging on somewhere.

Also can you get a neighbour to sign for the item for you??
