Hello,

I was refunded by my seller, and also in paypal it is showing that the money got transferred to my bank but there is no money credited into my bank account.

Why this happened.. Please give reply...?

If you didnt authorise the payment open an unauthorised payment dispute

Just the other day, I was on the PayPal website..and, thinking that I was requesting money, I'd sent money of $900 to Excel Media, twice! Again, like I've said, I'd thought that I was asking for money! I'd not quite understood how the system worked...I was a little confused for a while. First, I'd just requested money of $900. Then, the third time, I'd sent an invoice asking for the same amount. Now, there wasn't anything in my bank account, I'd thought that money would get deposited into my account! But, instead, I'd ened up sending an echeck...for money that wasn't even in the account! (I know it sounds rather idiotic, but it's true!)

An invoice is when you request money...and then you sign an invoice for Excel Media to pay the person that's requesting the money. Then, Excel Media deposits the money into the customer's PayPal account. (Now...I "hope", I've gotten that right!)

The invoice is totally seperate from the echeck issue!  So, therefore, hopefully...the invoice will be granted. I sure hope no one thinks I'm a dumb-dumb...for doing what I did! Again, I'dnot been clear on what I was doing! I promise...I've not been under any influence of any drugs...or any alcohol. And, by the way...I'm not "MENTALLY RETARDED", in case that's what you're thinking! It was just an honest misunderstanding...that's all! After all, we all make mistakes, right?!

Open a dispute on Ebay, you have 45 days from the payment date to do this, put in all the info you can then escalate when you can

My refund says it was posted to my account and on my mastercard but it has not been done.

Hello, i need answer for 2 question 🙂

1). I sent the money 100$ to my friend for goods, everyone know that its free. 

now i want to back this money,  but he isn`t able to send money for goods because he haven`t linked any credit or debit cards and bank account. i think he can to use "Refund" option yes? i need exactly information about that, is any fee for refund? 

2). how many times is able to refund for one person and same transaction?
