Hi lovemode

Have you sent an item back and waiting for a refund or did you cancel an order??

I was waiting for a refund,

The website refunded to me on April 17 through Paypal but I still haven't seen anything on my account balance.

Does the transaction show as refunded in your ppal account transactions?

Did you pay via ppal by card or directly from your ppal balance?

Hi minty1,

Yes it showed as "refunded" in the trasaction when I checked, and I paid through Paypal using my card. Not from my balance.

If they already refunded so it should be here in my Paypal balance...

I've sent an invoice for the amount of $700, but it was denied. I just wonder...was I asking too large on an amount...or what?Could there be a limit as to how much money us PayPal customers are to request? If so, what is that limit? Excel Media just isn't any help at all! They've never  responded to my invoice! I wonder why? Was there a problem with my request? Was I requesting too much money? I wonder if there is another way to reach Excel Media...and find out why it had taken so long for them to respond to my request. Maybe there was something wrong with my request. I've probably asked too much. I wonder if there's a phone number to Excel Media, other than their email address.

Another thing...has all the other PayPal users had this same issue? Am I the only one whose had this issue? Am I being singled out...out of all the PayPal users? Cause, so far...I've not had any money in my PayPal account ever since I've had it! Why haven't my money requests been granted? I'd like to know!

"Refunded or Partially Refunded: If your refund status is Refunded or Partially Refunded, it means that the refund is complete. The money should be back in your PayPal balance or on your credit card."

I checked both of my Paypal and card balance, I didn't see any refund from the seller....

I did not receive an item I ordered and have since opened a case in the resolution center.

The seller told me to cancell my charge back then he will refund me, claims paypal is holding the funds and he can't refund me until I cancell my case.

Seems that if I cancel I won't ever see my money..

I wanted to add a note to my open case as to what the seller told me, but then doesn't seem a place to post a note.

My case is in review right now so is that the final step?  I opened the dispute but don't recall escalating it.

Hi lindylou722

Never ever close a case until you have received your refund and are satisfied, the seller is trying to scam you!

Once a case is closed it cannot be reopened and you wont recieve your refund

If the case has been escalated it is in ppals hands and you cannot add anything else

They seem to be reviewing it now to make a final decision
