Question about additional information provided to PayPal during a dispute

The background here is that I own a membership site.  A buyer purchased a membership.  He then claimed he twice sent me an email that told me to cancel his membership and not re-bill him.  I got the second email, but obviously I never saw the first.  And two months passed between emails, so the buyer was charged $8 (membership is $4 per month).

The buyer then opened an unauthorized claim dispute for the two extra months he was a member.  However, the responsibility relies solely on the member to cancel their own memberships.  The directions were on the sign up for how to cancel.

My problem is that I didn't check my email much this past week or so, and the case was opened on February 14th.  I never noticed that somebody open up  a dispute against me.  Therefore, the 7 days passed that I had a chance to respond to this buyer's claim.  I sent to those reviewing the case my defense and additional information.  However, I have doubts they will a.) receive that information between now and the time they close the case and b.) accept my defense considering it was sent int after the 7 initial days to respond.

Can somebody let me know if the additional information I sent in in my defense actually made it to the peope considering my case and that they will consider the defense I provide and not discard it?  Thanks.
