Phone calls?

I got a phone call to my house from the name "payal" saying they were PayPal and that I had a $600 fee on my account that I had to pay and they were sending a bill to my house. They called around 7 or 8 in the morning. I have never heard of this happening, and I think it may be fake.

Did you check your account transaction history?   If there's nothing there, the phone call is probably a scam.
