Hi!

Today I have been hacked!

Someone have added to my PP account VISA card and made withdraws! Thank good I didn't have lot of money but still it's not pleasant!

What should I do?

First I changed my password right away and now I'm trying to contact PP!

But today paypal resolution center have 2 warning messages:

1. "We're currently experiencing high call volumes. We apologise for any extended queue time you may have experienced. Please consider searching for answers on this page. You can also email us. Thank you for your patience."

and

2."We're currently experiencing high email volumes so there may be a delay in our response. Please consider searching for answers on this page, or call us."

So if this mean that there have been some global hacking and I'm not the only one who have lost money today!?

P.S. I made small invistigation and  Card is VISA X-<removed> and it's got RU currancy... So it's from Russia!

You're not the only one!

I got added a card Visa x-<removed> , 4 transactions were made already, my account is empty, I can't cancel them and I see the same messages you get on Contact page.

I added a dispute in Resolution Center, however it doesn't appear in the cases listing!

Sad to hear that !

Althought PP have these warning messages that they are too bussy, I emailed then using https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/contact/email/t_s and choosed Topic "Report Fraud/Prohibit Use" and sub-topic "Report Unauthorized Transaction"

I hope PP will resolve this and will return my money!

Great news...!

**bleep**, I'm from Latvia and calling to PayPal will cost me a lot... 😄 Hope they will review my email and simple cancel these transactions!
