Paypal Ebayincship 4029357733 Ca - What is this?

So I bought a gamecard from a gaming website and got charged normally and good, but about a week later on my bank statement, I see this:

Paypal *Ebayincship 4029357733 Ca

It was only for $2.09, but it doesn't show up anywhere in paypal and only on my statement.  I have no idea why that is there and I sure don't use ebay for anything.  

Is this some sort of fraud or could it be a legitimate charge for shipping from that gaming website, butwhy show up close to a week later?  Doesn't make sense because the actual charge showed up accordingly, a week before this funky one, and let me know it was a pay pal charge to that website.

I called paypal up, but they want me to tell them my credit card number over the phone and I wasn't sure that was too safe so I cut the call. Any help?

Hi Coolage -

I can completely understand your concern with seeing a charge you don't recognize on your card. Unfortunately I couldn't say what that charge is either, so contacting customer service would be the best option. And yes, they most likely would have asked for your full card number. The reason we'd want that information is to see if there are any guest accounts that may have used that card that would be associated with that charge.
