checked my bank account and $$ has been taken out and it states   PAYPAL merchant information 4029357733 ca - but on my Paypal summary it does not show up - first off i have not purchased anything for $$ to be removed from my bank account - what do i do - please help - thank you

Have you paid via paypal as a guest buyer in which case it would not show up in your paypal account?

Did you get a paypal email for any transactions recently for that amount?

If no then contact customer services for them to investigate for you. >>

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".
