I can't appeal this claim because more than 10 days are passed. I am late to appeal because I didn't know that I can appeal.
About the deal:
The Buyer and me are the members of blackhatworld.com and its also Connected to it. Our deal was about cunsulting like teaching a method. I Did it right after the payment made. But after using my method for 2days the buyer decided to scam me. And started a dispute and i lost it Via Paypal claim.
He also reported me as scammer at blackhatworld but After reviewing my proofs by site owners and mods, they said i am not a Scammer and delivered what said and I am still a reputable member.
But I am still not satisfied with a Paypal claim so I want to appeal it.
