So I seem to have run into what is known as a Triangulation Scam (seller sells something that he doesn't have, uses someones stolen credit card to order the item to the buyers address). I am trying to get my message across to PayPal resolution team to look into this seller but they keep sending me one generic message after another. It's a shame for a company like PayPal to have hired such bad customer service representatives.
