PayPal is requesting my drivers license, proof of address and proof of social security

Hello, for the last month or so I have not been able to add money to my PayPal account. The reason being is they want my drivers license (I'm only 14 so I do not have one) they want a proof of address (wouldn't be in my name) and a proof of social security. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated. I cannot keep my business going if this keeps up. Also, I tried closing the account so I could make a new one and it would not let me.

Just call PayPay and explain the issue.  I think it will be a simiple issue to just close/lock your account since you are not abiding by PayPal policies which don't permit use by someone under 18.
