Signing in to job search with a company. They pay to my PayPal account & they're asking for my PayPal ID. Is it safe to give them?

Do they charge or pay people to sign up for job search these days?  Job search engines should be paid by employers who list jobs in them.  They don't normally charge job seekers to use job search to my knowledge.  So unless you explain more why you would need to provide your PayPal info to this company, I would say no.

No. You look at jobs the employer has posted & then apply for it. If hired they use PayPal to pay you weekly. My question regarding PayPal ID is that to apply for a job you see you have to create a profile, basically, i.e., full name, email, phone number & PayPal ID, which is so they can pay you if hired for a job applied for. My question is is it safe to provide my PayPal ID? I've never had an employer pay you through PayPal so I want to make sure this isn't a scam or some.

I see.  Never been paid wages with PayPal either by an employer either.  Investigate the company, the website, their privacy policy.  See what kind of history they have.  Search on the net to see what others have said about them.

if a scammer gets hold of your name and Paypal ID,he can send you fake Paypal email saying you have received a payment but You must pay the courrier via Western Union first before they can release the fund.
