I am wanting to purchase a tractor from a vendor in Indonesia via Alibaba.
I am 99% sure they are legitimate.
They accept PayPal as one of their payment options.
They claim, for my protection, that I can use PayPal Secure Payment, and they would not receive payment until after I received the tractor.
The only thing I can find @ Paypal on this is PAD (Pay After Delivery).
I will not receive the tractor until 30 to 35 days.
PAD only holds the payment for 14 days.
And PAD also declares it does not cover Vehicles, including motor vehicles, motorcycles, caravans, aircraft and boats.
And Industrial machinery used in manufacturing.
So I am assuming tractors would not be covered.
Anyone know what other PayPal options there are?
